There is a great new store in New York City - JOE FRESH. The Canadian retailer opened 2 weeks ago on 43rd and 5th. I think it's terrific.
Set in a landmark 1952 space that's considered an icon of modernist architecture - the store is bright, fun, creative, simple and shouts newness.
There is an incredible screen by the legendary designer / sculptor Harry Bertoia, 3 provocative videos created exclusively for the store by Deborah Turbeville, Ellen Von Unwerth and Sue de Beer and lots of Pucci mannequins in glossy white.
Joe Mimran, the genius behind the brand knows how to think out of the box and create buzz. I have never been a fan of cheap/chic but Joe truly has a "fresh" vision. Check the store out.
